Begin with the sourcing problem

Compare the delivered cost

DSers subscription costs and the underlying supplier’s product and shipping charges are separate inputs. The order-management app cannot tell you whether a cheap-looking product will remain economical after delivery and customer support.

Compare what the customer will receive.

A warehouse location is not a delivery guarantee

Ask these questions before setting the store’s delivery wording. A local-stock test and a newly sourced shipment from overseas are different customer experiences.

The same discipline applies to an AliExpress listing. Check the selected warehouse and shipping option at the point of purchase. A product page with several origins can be easy to read too optimistically.

Who resolves a problem?

Write down where you would raise a missing-item case, what evidence is required, and what remedy is available. Keep supplier responses and relevant policy links with your sample-order notes.

A dashboard status is not a resolution. You need a process that tells you what to do while a customer is waiting. If you cannot get a clear answer before placing an order, do not assume the answer improves when the situation becomes urgent.
